Program Intro
In the Master's program, the study duration spans between two to four years. Students must accumulate a minimum of thirty-three (33) credit hours to graduate. Among these credits, twelve (12) are designated as required courses. These include six (6) credits for the master's thesis, three (3) credits for seminar courses, and three (3) credits for "Research Method in Technical-Vocational Education".
Additionally, the program offers six (6) credits of core courses, which are divided into three domains. Each domain provides two courses, and students are required to select one course from each domain:
1. Technical-Vocational Teaching and Administration Domain:
- "Theory and Practice of Technical-Vocational Education"(2 credits)
- "Philosophy of Technological and Vocational Education"(2 credits)
2. Human Resource Domain:
- "Organizational Behavior"(2 credits)
- "Human Resource Development"(2 credits)
3. e-Learning Domain:
- "Theory and Practice of e-Learning"(2 credits)
- "E-Learning Strategy"(2 credits)
The remaining fifteen (15) credits can be chosen as electives. Students also have the flexibility to select up to 9 credits of specialized courses from other graduate institutes within the university based on their areas of expertise. Each course requires a passing grade of 70%.
